The pros:
This is a small, cheap item, which does what it supposed to do.

The cons:
When It comes to devices which need more power supply the device might not be able to give them the electric current that they require. In this situation you will notice those devices not able to provide their max performances (i.e. work in lower resolution for cameras/video converter).

This device does have socket to connect a power adapter which is supposed to solve this problem (at the moment I'm waiting for the seller's answer about that).
