eBay and Amazon.com are loaded with cheap replacement power supplies and battery chargers for digital cameras, camcorders, laptop computers, and other devices. Some are counterfeits which claim to be made by the original manufacturer (Sony, Canon, JVC, etc.), and/or are a nearly exact copy of the appearance of the original power supply.\r

But as you might expect, these power supplies are built using cheap components with very bad build quality, and use no shielding and very poor filtering.
